Features

• Added pick block functionality in designer. If you're in palette's cursor mode and press the cursor mode key (default 'Q') again over a block, the palette will attempt to select the block that your cursor is hovering over.
• Added icons to designer block buttons. This aims to improve new player experience by allowing players to tell at a glance what each block is for.

Fixes

• Fixed projectiles jittering when launching them at high speeds.
• Fixed loading stock vehicles in multiplayer rooms.
