v0.7.7 - Capstone final candidate

Small update today. I'm easing off the development this week to make a write-up on an interesting problem I had to solve when making this game: projectile and missile target prediction. Look forward to a devlog on that topic!

• Fixed mod loading system that caused previous mod data to be kept when changing mods and reloading the game from the in-game mod management menu.
